About Christina Donlon

Christina is a busy wife and mom who loves to help families with their move. She's very familiar with the area as she is a NH native and grew up near the seacoast.  She’s a member of the Strafford county board of realtors, as well as the Maine association of realtors. 

 

Christina has a heart for the community and loves giving back through her real estate career!  She’s personally committed to gifting a % of all her commissions to organizations that are making a positive impact. She enjoys helping to support these groups of people who are dedicated to enriching the lives of others, and when you partner with her, YOU help make that possible! 

 

Her proven track record shows that she gets the job done! While her listings sell quickly and many times for above asking price, her clients are left feeling very confident in her marketing skills, and her understanding of the current real estate market. Her buyers know they can trust in her honest guidance and rest assured with  knowing she pays attention to every contractual detail.  She has lots of experience helping clients move to Maine and NH from afar, as well as relocating out of state. First time home buyers are also her specialty as she makes sure her clients fully understand the home buying process, educates them on the available first time home buyer programs, and guides them every step of the way. While holding a license in NH and Maine, she has the knowledge and skill set to help anyone buy or sell a home!
 
Her extensive background in the medical field has conditioned her to be very thorough, organized, and an effective communicator.  She strives to deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience.

Christina enjoys spending time with her husband and son, running her dog, DIY home improvement projects, giving back to the community, and is a DC/Marvel movie fanatic!
